SHIPPING
Order Status: You'll receive a confirmation email after placing an order. Check spam/junk if missing. Items in stock ship in 1-3 business days, while special orders take 4-6 weeks. A second email will confirm shipment with tracking info.
Same-Day Shipping: Available for in-stock items under certain conditions. Contact sales@rivalperformanceco.com for special handling or expedited shipping needs.
Shipping Locations: We ship worldwide. Flat rate shipping is available for the lower 48 US states, with expedited options at checkout. International shipping rates vary; check by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery Times: Same-day shipping for in-stock items is possible. Specialty made items require 4-6 weeks production time.
ORDERS
Order Changes: Changes can be made before the order is processed for shipping. Contact support as soon as possible.
Order Cancellation: Cancellations are possible within 48 hours. After this period, or for shipped items, returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Tracking: You'll receive an email or text with tracking info upon shipment.
Address Changes: Possible before shipment. After shipping, address changes cannot be accommodated.
PAYMENT
Accepted Methods: Debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Affirm financing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items, with a 30% restocking fee. Non-returnable items include electrical items and special order systems.
Exchanges: Follow the same conditions as returns. Contact support to initiate.

Coupons: Only one coupon per transaction, cannot be stacked.
